An emergency stay issued at Saturday night by a federal judge in Brooklyn, New York. It’s putting temporary ban on deporting people out of the United States after they have landed at US airports with valid visas.

The order debars the U.S border agents from sending back people who arrived in the US. According to reported shared by Fox news, the ruling by Judge Ann Donnelly of the U.S. District Courtfor the Eastern District of New York came during a hearing called after President Donald Trump issued an executive order blocking people from seven Muslim-majorities from entering the United States and putting a temporary halt to refugee admissions.

Although 12 refugees were arrested soon they arrived at JFK airport on Friday. Among them two were released later on the day. Whereas hundreds of protestors gathered at JKF airport to record their protest against executive order signed by President Donald Trump, which put ban on arrival of citizens of seven Muslim states including, Syria, Somalia, Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Yemen, and Libya for 120 days.

Meanwhile, suit was filed by civil liberties organizations along with National immigration law center in federal court in New York on the behalf of Two Iraqi men who are arrested by officials soon after they have arrived at JFK airport on Friday.
